I am particularly disgruntled with the state of security in the commercial nerve centre of the federation, Lagos State. Nothing could be further from the truth as it is glaringly conspicuous that the average Lagosian cannot, by any stretch of imagination, boast of his safety, whether he's at his residence or away from his abode. You don't need any rocket scientist to see and acknowledge the fact that this debilitating challenge in the state has got the capacity to cripple commercial operations altogether. I mean, who wants to operate or invest in a volatile region, where bandits or criminal elements can attack you before you say Jack. It beats my imagination that the sitting government is aware of this debacle and is not ready to arrest the situation and nip it in the board before it escalates into utter break down of law and order, in humongous proportions.
